Over 100 technicians, engineers and scientists work on solutions for the future in the Research and Development Centre of 3A Technology & Management, Neuhausen. 

Composite materials, lightweight construction, surface engineering and joining technology are our core competences. And we are well versed in modern materials. This is the basis on which we develop new products. One can find applications almost everywhere: vehicle construction, aviation, shipbuilding, telecommunications, building, architecture and design.

We make our knowledge available to external customers as well. We’re happy to help with product optimisation and support our customers in the quality assurance field. In our laboratories we analyse metals, plastics, ceramic and composite materials. We calculate and test component parts and assess damage events. 

Our laboratories have all the important certifications, accreditations and authorisations.
